Almost certainly Algeria-531/549 causing your hets.  Both were MUCH stronger 
last year.  This year, TA conditions have deteriorated but I also suspect a 
power decrease, especially on 549 which was local-like here last year.

Heard on car radio doing errands in Woodbury, mn at 2157 UTC first from 531. 
ery loud het so I turned to 550 with no het until 10 minutes later. Can only 
heorize Spain first on 531 then possibly 2 hets, with most likely Algiers and
