0230 PST -Victoria BC, Switched receiver on and scanned up and quickly found a nearly new but after several years of trying before hearing for the first time some C&W and knew right away who was playing these whining country songs. From Alberta it's CKYL in Peace River IDing as YL Country .Signal was good and on top at time of 0230 PST but started to mix with another shortly and is now under a more frequently occupying SS KRTA in Medford OR. YL peaked once or twice after a few minutes but now seems to be lost in the mix. Up the dial at 730 the Vancouver station is steadier with just a slight trace of Boise which sounds more like its runnung on night power again.
