But on the other hand, given that there is a legitimate possibility of DX Tests here, I think that evens things out.
Most of us have not been in a situation where there's a possible conflict between one's job running a station and one's hobby of DX'ing, so I'm not going to second guess here. I would've missed it anyway as I wasn't up - a DX Test I can plan for.
