Nigel, Great. There are really no non-verifiers per se. Any station can QSL in the future. KDAC Ft. Bragg CA was a good example of that. It took the station being sold, but the new owner was very DXer friendly along with their CE. But the station never replied for over 25 yeas. So it took awhile. hi.
