If the solar wind is still hitting the planet it must be altering conditions on some freqs at particular distances and locations. Noticing that south is better than east and far is better than near. 540 ,990,& 1010 are devoid of the usual occupants here again. A few new ones are dropping in due to the absence of the usual signals. Most of the regulars from within 300 miles are absent or letting others from farther out dump signals in. There's hardly anything from Oregon coming in basically leaving some slots open .620,750,860,970,1120,1190, 1520,1580 etc. are almost or completely blocked or dropping down much farther north. A new one in on 1580 is KBLA Santa Monica CA.which normally hides behind KGAL Lebanon Or. Another new one here (2nd time only) is KRND Fox Farm Wyo on 1KW night. If anyone is interested in doing 1200 for some new ones from inland places, CJRJ Vancouver BC is in the non modulating mode now ( carrier only ). 950 is bringing in an UnID with SS over normally dominant KJR Seattle. 750 has what sounds like a daytime power level signal from KHWG Fallon NV (again-as last night) (a Cheater?) There are probably some other anomalies happening but I'll throw these out tonight and check for more after.
