WCSZ-1070 presumed over usual CHOK/WFNI one-two pest combo punch with tone
from 0005-0009 EDT, at 0010 a medley of novelty songs (eg. Herman's Hermits
"I'm Henry the Eighth I Am"), then faded into usual noisy static.
Noted again with non-stop tone from 0030-0045 EDT.
No voice or code IDs heard.
