Closer to the coast, there was some small enhancement at the top of
the band, enough to let 1566 and 1593 deliver weak unreadable audio
(talk in both cases), at around 1340UT, but soon faded. Only audio
on the low band was likely 4QR-612 with a peak at about 1355UT, and a
woman in EE inflected talk, but unreadable. Nearly gone by 1400UT.
