Jim Renfrew Holley NY Reviewing Perseus files from March 11
2300 EST 1080 "La Voz de Venezuela". I am thinking that has to be Radio Venezuela, Maracay. There is even a little bit of what sounds like "Maracay" at the end of the ID. Anyone ever hear either phrase recently?
