153 RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1306 fair signal with mentions of Radio Rossii. 180 RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1250-1259 fair signal with talk and music. 279 RUSSIA, Radio |Rossii 1307 good signal with man in Russian. 531 UNKNOWN, 1314 near audio carrier here, but near by HARS on 530 hurts changes of reception. Japan? 567 JAPAN, JOIK 1333-1334 weak to fair signal with woman in Japanese. 594 JAPAN, JOAK NHK 1 1300-1304 fair to good signal with man/woman in Japanese. 603 REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1308 near fair signal with domestic splatter hampering signal. 666 JAPAN, JOBK NHK1 1311 fair signal for a few seconds with Japanese talk, then faded out. 693 JAPAN, JOAB NHK 2 1312 good signal with man in Japanese. 729 UNKNOWN 1313 weak with a lot of splatter, can not make out language.
