There's a brand new Australian on 1674 - Lion Radio in Melbourne. I don't know 
their programming, but they are said to be "Jewish radio" which may or may not 
have R&R. From memory, I am not sure if this is a replacement for Vision Radio 
or not.
 
The Filipino is a real long shot in my mind. I don't think it has been heard at 
Grayland but again I'm operating from memory. It also has a listed signoff of 
1130.
