At the moment, I'm hearing KBIF, Fresno over another weaker cochannel with a SE Asian sounding language. Lots of mentions of Fresno. Possibly Vietnamese? Good level. All this at 04:40 UTC or 9:42 PM PDT. 900 kHz, of course. A "new" frequency for me! .......Walt
