Lots of MW hets, mostly low/mid band with 1548 also with a big het but
too much splatter to get audio today.
828 occasional very poor talk, seemed EE but not sure, 1243 utc.
1116 DU talk, presumed 4BC, very poor/poor 1248 utc.
LWBC Rossii 153, 180, 279 weak/medium at times 1200 utc.
