By the way, for anyone wondering about my claim of 'a friend and I personally proving they WJIL didn't power down".. Well, a friend of mine is a broadcast engineer. He and I both stood in his back yard, looking at a Field Intensity Meter which clearly showed signal levels way above what they should've been.
