[IRCA] Alberta DUs for 21 Aug 2012

   A big dip here from yesterday's conditions.   Still a fair number of 
carriers, but the only audio observed was of the "barely there" vriety 
on 891 and 1701, just after 1200.   For some reason the peak, such as it 
was, was about 15 minutes later than yesterday.
