Conditions down from Sunday morning. The only DU with any strength this morning 
was a tentative reception of 5AN on 891. 4TAB had horse racing on their live 
stream and this program was man/woman chatting. Heard until 1328 utc.  Listened 
this morning from 1215-1335. 

153     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1215 poor signal with pop music. Fair on second 
scan of band at 1250.

180     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1216 good signal with pop music followed by 
man/woman in Russian. Still good at 1250.

189     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1218 fair signal with pop music. Poor at 1251.

209     ALASKA, Yakataga 1220 fair signal with weather forecast.

279     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1222 good signal with woman in Russian. Good at 
1251.

594     JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1242 weak signal with woman/man in Japanese.

738     TAHITI, Radio Polynesie 1332 believed to be the station with weak 
signal with male speaking.

774     JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1253 poor signal with bits of audio getting through. 
Weak at 1254 wit Japanese and moderate splatter.

891     AUSTRALIA, 5AN? 1313 believed to be the station with very weak signal 
with man in English. Woman at 1315 in English. No KDJQ splatter. Weak signal at 
1316 with woman & man talking. Still around at 1328 with steady weak signal.  

1062    UNKNOWN, 1309-1311 very weak audio with man talking in ? language. SW 
ewe.

1566    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1226 fair signal with man in Chinese. Good 
signal at 1236 with religious music.

1575    THAILAND, VOA 1226-1231 weak to fair signal. Man singing. Signal faded 
out at 1229 and returned 1232 with Lao. (PALs)
