Many strong low-band hets this morning, the most I've noted in weeks.
Almost nothing on the top end.
846 had occasional mumbly audio, seemed to be DU talk, very poor 1258 utc.
891 5AN rising to honest "weak" easily heard level at times with
male/female talk, best I've heard them in several months. 1301-1308 utc.
1725 GA PNG beacon, very poor, narrow audio filter only 1304 utc.
LWBC Radio Rossii very poor today, with high static plus high background
noise level.
