I heard an unidentified station on 1290 kHz at 1106-1109 GMT this morning (9/16/12). It was broadcasting a test tone with a male announcing "This is CFN Service Channel Five, UP Sports Channel". Does anyone have an idea what station I was hearing? I'm sure it's one I hear often.
