There were no Verification Signers columns for August and September
in the IRCA's DX Monitor as I did not receive any tips during those
months. I believe that has happened only one other time in the 20
years that I have been editing the column.
I would like to encourage all IRCA members to send me your tips for
my 20th anniversary column. My deadline is Monday, October 29, 2012
at 1500 ELT. Please help make my October column a big one!
