Hello All,

As others have reported, there was a halfhearted Asiatic TP recovery this
morning, but those who stayed in bed probably didn't miss much. The Japanese
and Korean big guns on 594, 693, 774, 972 and 1053 managed to fade in and out
with poor to fair audio around 1315, then were joined by 1575-VOA during a very
mediocre sunrise enhancement period. None of the Asiatic TP's sounded very
vibrant, and after reaching audio for a few seconds they typically dived back
down in the noise. In this DU-dead zone there was no hope of any NZ action like
what Nick reported, but 738-Tahiti did show up with its usual anemic French
audio around 1405. Overall the session was dreary-- but at least a slight
improvement over yesterday.
