The same here in Northern Europe. Yesterday I could hear the first
Japanese at 1130, but later weaker. Today nothing at those times, and
hardly anything at 1330.
I suppose it is just unstable enough to get these mentioned in WWV reports:
Radio blackouts reaching the R1 level occurred.

Indices? Everything is a go. Dst isn't really high, but shouldn't
have to be at this time of year.
