Listened from 1305-1345 utc and conditions was much better with carriers on
279, 594, 693, 747, 774, 828, 873, 972, 1566 and 1575.
774 JOUB Japan hrd at 1325 utc with talk.
1566 HLAZ very poor audio at 1320 utc.
