Listened from 1258 to 1510. Conditions down from yesterday, but way up from a
year ago on this date. 10/31/2011 only 3 Japanese powerhouse stations heard
with the best signal being weak. Below today's report. JOAK 594 still in at
1509. No Tahiti this morning after making a early appearance last night at 0519
utc.
