Robert,
You've probably meant 1570 or maybe 1650 KHz because there's no station
in Quebec on 1550.

1550 Transmission is a TEST TRANSMISSION for the imminent Switch from 540 Khz to 1550
Khz. I don't think I am receiving the Quebec Station on 1550 Khz due to the signal
strength ...it appears to be Windsor!!
