Listened from 1330-1410 utc and conditions was up over the last few days with
carriers on 594, 693, 774, 828, 1557, 1566. 1575 and 1593.
775 JOUB Japan hrd time pips and 1400 utc very poor.
1566 HLAZ Korea hrd at 1349 utc with man talking.
1593 CNR1 China hrd at 1353 utc with very weak audio.
