Listened from 1335-1410 utc and conditions was up over yesterday but all action
was on the top part of the band. The only carrier on the bottom part of the
band was on 774 and it was just above the noise level at times. Carriers were
heard on 1557, 1566, 1575 and 1593 with audio on 1566 and 1593.
1566 HLAZ Korea, Jeju hrd at 1351 utc with talk than a little music very poor.
1593 CNR1 China hrd at 1406 utc with talk just above the noise level.
