This turned out to be KBGG, which is now ESPN. KVNS is Fox, heard here last
week.

Russ- I have heard XEPE-1700 with an ad in English for a dentist in San Diego.
However, another possibility is that KVNS Brownsville, TX recently flipped from
Oldies to Sports Talk.  Too bad as their Oldies, mostly 60's and 70's, realy
cut thru the other stations on the channel and made KVNS really stand out.
Now, they are just part of the jumble.

After further review, this is apparently KBGG-IA, Their site shows the ESPN
affiliation although I didn't find it on stationintel.
