The Voice of Russia from Moldova has dominated 999 kHz here 2155-2245 UTC with mostly discussion in Russian and occasional pop or folk tune // webstream via delicast.com. (www.delicast.com/russia/moscow/voice_of_russia). Once every 15 minutes or so Saudi Arabia will take over with a capella chanting in Arabic.
