Japan on 774 and 828 were quite good this morning at around 1415
UTC, but had faded to only moderate carriers by 1500, which is still 15
minutes prior to sunrise. The high band peaked a bit later, but with
inferior signals. Both 1575 VOA 1566 from Korea were best just around
1500, but only with poor audio.
