Yesterday (Jan 2) KPTK-1090 Seattle changed formats from progressive
talk to CBS Sports, and is now KFNQ aka "the Fan". There's also a
locally produced sports talk show during pm drive.
From what I understand, some of the shows that had been on KPTK will
move to KLAY-1180 starting next week.
The Seattle market now has 5 sports talk stations: KIRO-710, KJR-950,
KFNQ-1090, KRKO-1380, and KHHO-850 (which simulcasts KJR much of the time).
