When I got out on the road a little later, away from WASB (whose red antenna light I can see from my house), WWKB was on the air, but at what appeared to be much reduced strength. This was confirmed around 1:15 PM when I began to hear someone toggling between the weak signal to a stronger one. The hamsters powering the transmitter on a lunch break? At 10 PM, seems to be full strength.

1235 EST 1520 WWKB NY Buffalo Seems to be off the air. No DX, though, because nearby WASB 1590 is putting a heavy spur on the high side of the channel. This spur has been here for months. I send e-mails to both stations, but not a single response.
