It took its sweet time, but 963 has fair audio in Victoria at
0511UT. Easy going vocal pop mx followed by man
talking. Presumably Lithuanian? I certainly didn't recognize
it. A pity there doesn't seem to be a web stream for Radio 86.
There doesn't seem to be much else happening, though 783 has a good carrier.
