WHO: KBXD 1480 TX Dallas WHEN: Sunday March 10 – 0000-0200 CST (Saturday night into Sunday morning) * PLEASE NOTE THE TIME CHANGES IN DALLAS AT THE PRECISE MOMENT THE TEST IS SCHEDULED TO END. IN THE EASTERN TIME ZONE THIS MEANS A TWO-HOUR THAT RUNS FROM 0100 CST TO 0400 EDT (LASTING TWO HOURS BUT SPANNING THREE HOURS BECAUSE ONE HOUR LITERALLY DISAPPEARS INTO THE TIME-CHANGE BLACK HOLE). IN TIMES ZONES TO THE WEST, THE TEST WILL BEGIN LATE SATURDAY NIGHT AND CONCLUDE PRIOR TO THE TIME CHANGE. I *HOPE* I HAVE THIS STRAIGHT!
