It looked pretty discouraging at 1400 and at 1500UT this morning, but at 1520UT,
things started to get interesting, at least for the next 15 minutes, and mostly
above 1300kHz, though as the opening ended, a couple of things turned up on the
low band also. Then there was another burst about 1545UT, but I'm not sure if
some of this was "apparent", as that's also when my local noise stopped. No
argument that HLAZ-1566 was at a fine level by then however, noise or not.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

1566 HLAZ in full thunder mode at 1546UT w/man in CC; lasted with reasonable
audio to after 1600UT when it really was necessary to leave for work.

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

972 HLCA instrumental mx 1529UT
1593 CNR1 man talking 1524UT //6125

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

(the above, passing through)

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

603 woman singing 1535UT; only on ALA100, too much noise on the corner fed
639 CNR1 man talking rapidly //6125, at 1532UT
747 and 774 NHK2 music box at 1541UT, creeping through the splatter
1323 woman talking 1520UT. Not CNR2, if CNR2 was what was on 7245 // 7315.
1332 woman talking 1527UT
1359 CNR1 likely. Mx followed by talk, same as 6125, at 1529UT
1494 slow instrumental mx 1552UT, no idea who.
1503 JOUK? woman talking 1528UT; seemed parallel w/weak, noise-plagued 594 at
this time
1575 VoA? man talking 1531UT

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

558, 702 rough carrier, 1188, 1422, 1467, 1539, 1602

best wishes,

Nick
