This is WSLM... "Playing The Greatest Music of All Time" sounds exactly like the slogan one of the satelitte fed CLASSIC HITS services would use.
WSLM is known for not powering down, despite their claim they do.. or that they do most of the time and the only time they don't is when someones working on it. For what it's worth, WSLM has a 9KW LPTV signal, WHAN-LPTV. And despite the owners insistance that its on the air, a friend of mine was within 1000 feet of the tower.. and couldn't get a lick of signal from it.
