With a K-index hovering between 5 and 6 I didn't expect to
heard anything from across the Pacific in the minutes before
local sunrise (1337 GMT) this morning. However, at 1334 until
1341, there was het audible on 738 kHz. The weak signal was
hampered by severe QRM from KRMG, along with KRTH, on 740 kHz.

Receiver: PL-310 with 7-inch FSL antenna.

Happy St. Patrick's Day and good DX everyone.

Richard Allen,
near Perry OK USA.
