Thanks KAZ. What got me was the "La Voz de..." A DXer suggested KGBT TX, but that did not match the info I have on them. A format or slogan change? Could be an XE. With the Tropical music, I thought a Cuban, but that would probably not match a US C&W tune that I heard. maybe a border station? I'l keep on it.
