Does anyone know who did beep tones leading up to the top of the hour at 03:59:57, 03:59:58 and 03:59:59 followed by a long beep tone at 04:00:00? That was audible here in central Connecticut. Otherwise 1400 was most definitely a GY with only Fox Sports (probably Scranton, PA) and Spanish/Mexican (probably Lowell, MA) heard, barely.
