Not a DX post, but recently I was playing cassette tapes of the 1958 and 1959 NFL Championship games that someone had recorded off their radio. Moving them to CDs.
Got a kick from the occasional station ID (or lack thereof). "The General Electric stations, WGY and WGFM, Schenectady." The commercials are great too.
