That explains what I was seeing on the Perseus on 1450.31 this morning.

Noted during this week's Yachats, OR Dxpedition: KLZS-1450 Eugene OR is
way off frequency. It's on 1450.3 kHz with its comedy format. KLZS was
creating a huge het for us day and night (Yachats is about 50 miles west
of Eugene).
