Hello To All, Heard a Spanish speaking station early this morning with "Caracol " mentions occasionally on 1590 khz. Music played was lite type instrumentals. Signal was mixing and sometimes over WARV in Rhode Island . Not sure if it was a Colombian station but can't find which of the choices on MW list or other sources could be RCN Network related if that's what it was.
