How strong was the overall signal on 1160 at the time Walt? When a
signal is weaker, I find that the IBOC sidebands can drop below the
noise/splatter level (I'm assuming that you were looking at the
sidebands on the Perseus display); I think they're about 30dB below
the carrier strength.
However, I could still hear IBOC this morning on 1147 and 1173 kHz at
1115UT, so I think something on 1160 is still cooking.
