1575 VoA? woman in oriental language, sounded CC 1202UT, of course,
inaudible on the hour. (couldn't find a listing for 1575 between 1200-1230UT)
I see now that VoA doesn't use this transmitter between 1200 and
1230UT....R. Saranrom in Thai instead....
