Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) : 180 R. Rossii jazz //279 1234UT 594 JOAK pips at 1300UT (really reaching here) 747 JOIB pips at 1300UT (reaching here also; it was a dull morning) 774 JOUB NHK pips 1200, the jolly sounds of EE lessons by man and woman at 1232UT 828 JOBB man and woman, distinctive enthusiastic EE lesson patter 1548 man talking in splatter 1255UT, likely 4QD?
