Hi everyone - not a particularly good morning, as others have noted! OTOH it was the first time that I have ever received a DU station on MW, so it can't be called all bad... Nothing from Japan, Korea, China.
1. Clearly understandable strong audio with reasonably long stretches of readability so content could be understood by a native speaker Nope, although see below. 2. Clear audio for short periods of time, understandable by a native speaker 612 4QR 1405 to 1407 decent audio and it might have been in the upper category right around 1405. Wx report, 2 clear ID's (612 ABC Brisbane), indigenous music and review of new album. Was weaker from 1354 then rose in strength to 1405, stayed that way until 1407, dropped slowly to 1412, and was gone at 1415. Sunrise here is listed at 1416. 3. Barely understandable audio due to low signal strength, or fading. Some words might have been recognizable to a native speaker 702 2BL 1354 to 1400 I thought it might follow the same pattern as 612, but died just before 1400. DU accented audio, program content unintelligible. Thanks!
