1557 TAIWAN, presumed with lively pop tunes 1355-1410+ nonstop except for 3+1 pips & brief Chinese anmt by woman at 1400. Still going strong when the recording ran out at 1410.

1575 VOA dominant with man & woman in SEA language 1400, "This is AFN" ID in background followed by what sounded like network news
