Listened this morning from 13:50 to past 15:00, and found conditions to be
down compared to yesterday. China, perhaps was weaker, while the first
tier Japanese were a wee bit stronger compared to yesterday. The upper
half of the band wasn't as vibrant, although CNR1 on 1593 was audible,
compared to yesterday. SF 133, A: 3: K (1500): 1.
