Point taken Chuck, Bruce did report it here a short while ago, and there is no argument about the parallel's existence. But it caught me by surprise as I was going out the door, and I never even looked at PAL for parallels, just made sure it was recording.
And although CNR11 is relatively new on the channel, I'm surprised that it's just appearing. It seems that conditions seem to move "further out", if only briefly, as we move towards November. Something similar happened here with Dongfang on 603....a "how come I've never heard that before", and in a few weeks, returning to a condition of not hearing it.
