Yep, very mediocre at my QTH as well at 13:55 UTC. The only Russian heard was 279, and only at fair level. Otherwise 3 or 4 of the more powerful usual stations as above, and not much else. Seems like Colin always picks the mornings that are real duds to DX ;-) Walt.
