Today's TP conditions were definitely not as good as yesterday and
Thursday. My recordings showed decent signals on 1566 and 1575 at about
1330. Other than that, there wasn't anything to cheer about.
Good - Mostly understandable by a native speaker
1566 HLAZ, 1318-1338 JJ talk, then organ music. Not as strong as the
past few days
1575 VOA, peaking much earlier than normal today with series of
English IDs, then Khmer program 1330. Started to faded 1340, and was
just a carrier by 1355
Fair - parts of it understandable by a native speaker
972 KBS, KK talk 1505
Poor - Not much of anything
774 JOUB bits of talk 1310
1557 bits of music 1328
