Yes indeed. They are 179.4 degrees. Scott Fybush once wrote that it is a Franklin. We got a tour of the KSTP day site during the joint convention and I think he called it a Franklin then. Perhaps there is a difference of opinion. A unique and extremely efficient antenna no matter want you call it.
